The Canary™Talk Through-The-Earth Communications System uses advanced digital communications techniques and ultra-low frequency transmission to provide reliable 2-way voice or data links through rock strata and other solid media. It provides through-the-earth (“TTE”) communications in hard-to-service areas such as mines, subways, pipelines, and tunnels where obstructions like rock, concrete, and metal are common, typically for less than half the cost of alternatives such as leaky feeder systems.
