THE BRAND

Vital Alert Emergency Broadcast Network (EBN) technology:

EBN consists of a transmitter, software and personal receivers for each individual connected to the system. Voice and text messages may be sent from a wireless phone and text messages from a personal computer connected to a transmitter or by activating one of a variety of pre-programmed warning messages. System software operates in a Windows environment for ease of use by operators.

Messages may be sent to specific individuals carrying a small personal phone / receiver such as Vital Alert's VPD (Vital Personal Device) which is built into a handset. Or they can be sent to an entire network of individuals within the system. Alternatively, receiving devices may be built into dashboard modules, for installation on mobile equipment.

Tuning to a resonant frequency creates a unique system that discriminates against electromagnetic noise, while still accepting the signal in the warning frequency range. Vital Alert's EBN is capable of overcoming the limitations that exist with radio / analog signals. The technology features ease of operation, low maintenance, speed, reliability and cost-effectiveness.

The Veeper is a wireless, stand-alone, digital communications network which has evolved from the VLF Canary system tested and used in mines as an early warning and evacuation system for mining disasters.

The Veeper has the ability to send the transmission of data and signals through salt water.
